Opening Band
This is ideal for smaller bands that are playing 30-45 minute sets. I’ll come to you and shoot your show capturing the full band and individual band members from the pit, the audience and backstage.
- Up to 1hr shooting (before, during, after your set) at the venue
- Up to 2hr review, edit and finalize photos for use on your website and/or social media
- Choose your 20 favorites from a gallery images from the show
- Non-exclusive rights to use the images on band/client website & social media only
- Free travel within Austin city limits
- Additional $25/hour after 1h on site
- Additional fee for travel outside Austin
Headlining Band
This is ideal for bands that are playing 60-90 minute sets. I’ll come to you and shoot your show capturing the full band and individual band members from the pit, the audience and backstage.
- Up to 2hr shooting (before, during, after your set) at the venue
- Up to 2hr review, edit and finalize photos for use on your website and/or social media
- Choose your 20 favorites from a gallery images from the show
- Non-exclusive rights to use the images on band/client website & socials only
- Free travel within Austin city limits
- Additional $25/hour after 2hr on site
- Additional fee for travel outside Austin
Event/Festival
This is ideal if you are putting on an event that lasts 3 hours or more. I’ll come to you and shoot your event or festival, capturing any performances, the crowd and backstage for up to 3 hours.
- Up to 3hr shooting (before, during, after your set) at the venue
- Up to 2hr review, edit and finalize photos for use on your website and/or social media
- Choose your 40 favorites from a gallery images from the show
- Non-exclusive rights to use the images on event/client website & socials only
- Free travel within Austin city limits
- Additional $25/hour after 3h on site
- Additional fee for travel outside Austin
- Any driving beyond Austin will be priced at $25/hr.
- All bookings will be confirmed with a 50% deposit before, and the remaining due upon receipt.
- Copyright to all photos is retained by photographer. Copyright ownership shall be attributed as “by S.A. Sebastian Gnolfo” unless otherwise specified.
- No derivatives or adaptations other than minor changes, such as changing the size and cropping as required by the website template engine and social media platforms, are permitted unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract.
- Only non-commercial use is permitted unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract.
